So here is the moment you've been asking for, Put the phone on DND, submit your PTO, and take the time away to focus on you. It's time to prioritize your health and healing. It's time to take care of yourself- mind, body, and soul.

Catch Your Breath is a unique 3 day event, combining breath work, guided imagery and a signature healing capsule experience, all designed with women like you in mind. Your transformation begins here.

Join us for the in-person experience for women. Registration includes accommodations, experience, and meals. The session begins on the evening of May 5th and ends on the morning of May 7th, giving you the rest of the day to rest and reflect.
